Quartus floating license problems

"quartus" v2021.02, vendor: alterad, expiry: permanent(no expiration date)

License server: SRS20063.srsd.ntd_srs1

floating license no expiration date

This license cannot be checked out because:

No such feature exists.

Feature: quartus

License path: 1717@wf-srs-dc02.sperry.rail;1800@SRS20063;1800@SRS20063.srsd.ntd_srs1;

FlexNet Licensing error:-5,414

Welcome to INTEL forum. To narrow down this issue. Can you provide your

1)full debug/error.log file

2) Error message screen shot

3) Assembler report

4) Machine OS information

5) License.dat file

6) lmutil lmstat –a –c <port>@<server> in BOTH server and client machine.

 

And for privacy, you can also reply/attach your file in private message.

Hello

 

Quartus is using a new daemon version 11.16.2.1. Could you help check and upgrade the client PC to newest version of alterad and mgcld daemon. And see how thing go.
