FPGAの開発ツールQuatusのライセンスについて質問があります。 AlteraのときにQuatus 13のらいせんすを持っているのですが、新しいQuatusにはこのライセンスは使用できませんか？

For license 13.1.0, you can use Quartus 13.1 and can download software at download center
