So like many others I registered for access to SSLC and got the welcome email and then get "Access Denied". I tried other browsers, private windows etc and to no avail.
I contacted live support and they did their best and advise that they will work on it and hope to have it resolved in 5 days.
I tried to re-register but that just takes me through to the same error.
I note that no one here with the same problem really gets a result other than by support by Direct Message. Does anyone have any clues that might help more immediately. Do I get Direct Message support?

I tried the following morning and it just worked. I used the link in the Welcome to PSG Licensing email rather than the one on the website but now both links work.
