Installation and Licensing that’s includes Intel Quartus® Prime software, ModelSim* - Intel FPGA Edition software, Nios® II Embedded Design Suite on Windows or Linux operating systems.

The newest Quartus Prime Lite edition I found on the intel.com web site was 18.1. Any idea when 19.x will be available for Windows?
