Title.

Unable to access the FPGA self-service licensing center, even after clearing browsing data and following the instructions at https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-FPGA-Software-Installation/Unable-to-access-Self-Service-LIcencing-Center/m-p/1317314#M3173 

 

The error message "You may have been logged out or you do not have the necessary permissions to access this page." is shown.
