What License server to use for ARM DS?

I am using Quartus Prime 22.1.1 Standard + SoC EDS Standard for Cyclone V.

Quartus license doesn't work for ARM DS. Is ARM DS 22.3 (latest) supporting Cyclone V? And what license server do I need to use ARM DS?
