BLUF - How can I delete my computer and MAC ID entries in the SSLC? It seems pretty locked down. I need to start over and use network license instead.
REQUEST - I would like to have my entries in SSLC wiped clean in order to start over. The license is for the Arria 10 SoC Dev Kit.
SUMMARY - We use Dell docking stations with "MAC address Pass-Through" enabled:
However, it doesn't work as intended. We are seeing similar issues as this Dell customer:

Using the activation code, I was able to generate and install the license without any problems. Unfortunately, unknown hardware issues on my end messed things up at the end. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried regenerating the license file again with right hardware MAC ID?
