Hi

In this forum, I saw someone has similar situation like me.

I Have an issue with installation for Quartus 19.1 Prime Pro on Windows 10 with popup error "Can't open editor -- can't  load library "pgm_pgmwq.dll". The specified module could not be found."

I tried to install it for several times but situation keeps the same.

I also install on the other PC, same issue.

I really have no idea what's going on with such issue.

It drives me crazy while installing Quartus 19.1 Prime Pro on Windows 10

Can someone help me to fix it?

Great Thanks!!!

Try to install the latest Quartus Prime Pro 22.2 instead of older version.

There is a chance that the issue might already been fixed in newer version.

Hi Richard,

Luckily, customer does not insist using specific older version or edition.

Now, with Quartus Prime Lite 21.1, it can install on Windows 10 Pro and run it successfully.

Many thanks for your suggestion.

Best Regards,

Kent.

Hi Richard,
After I realized installing newer version of Quartus Prime Lite 21.1.

It seems I can open tool itself properly.
But it seems tool cannot recognize 10CX105Y. It always shows UNKNOWN _2E720DD. And I cannot program it successfully.
Do you know this issue?
Or I should install different version or edition?

Best Regards,
Kent
