I'm working on a very simple logic gate diagram and want to compile it, but the program wont let me access that option. I don't have an FPGA board installed and was wondering if that would be the cause. I just need to find the Truth values of the diagram I've produced.

Hi Wasi,
Good day.
You still can compile program without FPGA board installed.
What tool you're using?
Refer link below if you're using Quartus tool.

Refer link below if you're using Modelsim Simulation.

Hope this could be helpful.
Let me know if this has helped resolve the issue you are facing or if you need any further assistance.
Thank you.
