Connection suggestions from DE0-Nano to Breadboard

I am a total newbie to FPGA development (and for that matter EE in general; I have a PhD in organic chemistry) and am wanting to read voltages from a breadboard. I have seen Figure 8-5 (p. 136) from the DE0-Nano User Manual that shows a potentiometer connected to the DE0-Nano. Who sells female connectors to individual pins on the DE0-Nano, said connector pre-attached to a wire that could be then inserted into a breadboard? Like Figure 8-5, I would prefer a single connector / wire. If it's better to suggest what such connectors are called, this would be very helpful for me.

Thanks!

The headers are general 100-mil headers (where mil is 1000th of an inch).

You can get premade kits like this:

Or you can buy the crimp tool and make them yourself, but the tools are $$$, so just get the kits :)
