DE2-115 control panel issue

https://alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=14218&stc=1 I'm a beginner and just started with de2-115 board, i'm not able to connect with the control panel. the following errors show up everytime. I've tried most thing written on other forums.  

I'm running windows 10 and using quartus 16.1 lite edition. 

Please help me find a solution to make it work.

Have you tried to load the sof file yourself? That seems to work for most others.
