DE2_Media_Computer doesn't work

Hello, 

I don't understand why the DE2_Media_Computer project without interrupts doesn't work on my board. I have not problems during the compilation and the programming. During the working, I push the Key1 to start the record and the LedG0 stay turn on... When I check with the debuger, the program doesn't pass the test followng :  

if ( (fifospace & 0x000000FF) > BUF_THRESHOLD ) // check RARCI guess that the FIFO stay empty. Please, someone can help me ?

I checked the clock and this 27Mhz doesn't work. I try with another board and the project works. Excuse me.
