Regarding intefacing GSM module with FPGA with DE10 NANO board.

Sir/madam,actually I am writing this to know how to connect GSM module to FPGA board.Could you please tell me how to write HDL/VHDL code for AT commands for GSM module to send a SMS to a mobile phone using FPGA. We are using DE10 NANO board with quartus prime software.
