SD card interface IP

Hi, 
I need to use the SD crad interface IP from the University program. I can see that it exists under IPs in the isntallation folder but it does not show up in the library for the platform designer. how can I resolve this issue and how can I use this IP?
I am using a DE1-soc board.

I found a similar forum case that mentioned "The University Program SD Card IP core has been deprecated and removed from Quartus. It should not be used."

Use Quartus standard version 17.1 if plan to use.
