UP2 kit

hi, 

i'm new in this UP2 kit, i wanna know about GND at EPM7128SLC84-7,  

at that IC had many pin GND, should i connect all GND as a common ground and connect to gnd at supply? 

 

and one more for VCC also, same as the GND ? 

should i connect to 5V supply?
