Hi all,
I'm working on a project that involves data transmission to and from a PC via RS232. On the pc end, I have an RS232-to-USB adaptor. Hence, I need some kind of program to monitor the usb port on my PC and perhaps to also send packets to it. Can someone recommend such a program, as I would rather not take the time to learn how to write one on my own? Thanks!!! RajasLink Copied

If it is just a USB-Serial converter, then it should install as a virtual com port. Any terminal program will do (hyperterminal, putty, etc.).
