Unable to Sign in to Intel Academic Program

Hello,

I am trying to sign in to the Intel Academic Program Membership, but I am unable to log in.

Issue details:

  • When I click on "Sign in to Membership," the page just refreshes, and I am not signed in.
  • I have already tried different browsers and cleared my cache and cookies, but the issue persists.

How can I successfully sign in to my membership?
I would appreciate any guidance or assistance.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hiroto Kato

I assume you are referring to the Intel® FPGA Academic Program since you posted in the Intel® FPGA University Program forum.

Regarding the issue of the webpage continuously refreshing, it is likely a temporary problem with the webpage or server.

The problem was likely resolved after a few days. Could you try logging in again to check if the issue is fixed?

If the issue persists, you may reach out to fpgauniversity@intel.com.
