ps/2 (mouse and key board)

Hello, 

 Does anyone have a Verilog ps/2 interface. I tried the pslab1 posted by John Loomis  http://www.johnloomis.org/digitallab/ps2lab1/ps2lab1.html but didn't work.   I used a "PS/2 to USB" and connected it to the DE2 board's USB. Then complied the porject and didn't work! Is this the correct way to do so? Please let me know..     Thanks

Why didn't you use the DE2 PS2 connector? This is the only meaningful interface for this project,

I didn't see it! now that I looked at the project closely it seems it is 

only for the keyboard and not the mouse as well. Thanks

Hi, I wish to use the ps/2 port with DE1 board but I don't know where should I start. Which program I should use? Using HDL or SoPC builder? Is there any place I can get more information?

You'll find a PS2_KEYBOARD.v module in DE1 and DE2 demonstration projects. Also the project linked above has a PS2 decoder.

1.I'm doing a project to build a dot matrix display which required to use keyboard to key in characters to my DE1 board. Is that a way so that I can related the code above with SoPC builder and NiosII?  

2. Is that possible if I build a PS/2 core using SoPC?
