A question for Intel really. As far as I can see the AUTO routines don't allow for setting a property that is changed by reference assignment. Is ifauto.lib still developed/maintained? If so, is there any likelihood of this functionality being added?

ifauto.lib is still being maintained. There are no plans at this time for further development.

Thanks for the reply. I guessed as much. The reason this issue arose was because I was reviewing some old code with a view to moving to 64bit from 32bit executables. In the past I had used the old Canaimasoft libraries (circa DVF/CVF) to obtain the DISPATCH_PROPERTYPUTREF functionality. (For info, in case anyone else has a similar issue, I've attached my workaround - a complete kludge but it seems to work (using w_comp_lib_2020.2.254). Obviously it would be nicer if the functionality were implemented in ifauto - and the Module Wizard generated corresponding code.)
Given that ifauto is no longer being developed and that the compiler is now free, are there any thoughts on releasing some of the supporting libraries' code? Maybe as a benefit of paid support or perhaps making it open source? It's probably a bit late in the day to get much useful development but I'm sure it would make interesting reading.
