Adding a specific file to all Source Files of the new projects by default

Hello everyone,

I am using Visual Studio and building a code that contains all functions that I am going to need, sort of library. I put this file under "source files" for every project so that I can call functions from this file. 

As the title suggests, I want a new default setting for source files, I want this code to be present by default when I create a new project, if possible.

I don't know of a way to accomplish what you ask for.
