Adding file to a project (IVF)

Hello,
When I try to add a file to a project (in IVF), if the file exists in the project, I receive the message: a file (name of the file) already exists.
But, in CVF, it works.
So it's easy to make tests. I have a project with a list of files, I exclude a file from build and I can add another file with the same name. And so I can build the project with the new file.
I find that it is not interesting to delete the file from the project and install the new file.
We are 15 persons to work to the same project.
Have you an idea ?
Thanks for your answer.
