Bugs from 10.1 fixed in 11.0?

Hi there,
IVF11 is out now. Are those two bugs fixed in this version?

1.) Watching floating numberswont be evaluated http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=59681
2.) Tool tip of german Umlaute freezes debugger http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=58552

Meanwhile my license expired, so I have to renew it to get IVF11 right? Im looking forward to discuss this with our controlling departement :-)

The first one is fixed, the second is not yet. If your license support term has expired, yes, you'll have to renew it.
