Can not install 11.1.035 for Windows 7, how do I download the patch

I have compiler 11.1.035 and trying to load it on Windows 7. I know there is a fix in 11.1.048. I downloaded the 048 library and when I try to install 11.1.035 using the new library it stops at "getting licenses". What do I do now?

11.1.035 may not install on Windows 7. Please install 11.1.048 (or 11.1.054, preferably) instead. There is no "patch" - the updated product is what you use. It is not a "library".
