Cannot access the Visual Fortran Help from inside VS08, went through troubleshooting guide

Hi,

Title says it all. I cannot access the documentation. Using VS08 Pro, Win 7 x64 Pro, and IVF Pro 11.1.067. In VS, when I go to Help -> Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Pro -> Intel Visual Fortran Compiler Help, I get an error "Information Not Found."

I went through the troubleshooting guide here and everything mentioned in steps 1 and 2 was fine on my system. I didn't run the repair tool (step 3) yet as the only issue I have is with the missing help (projects build just fine).

Any pointers?
