Children could not be evaluated

Using XE 2019 initial release with VS 2017 version 15.8.5 I am unable to expand arrays when hovering with the mouse:

This project was created with all default settings and run in debug configuration. I saw no error when installing the compiler and itegrations.

The newest versions of VS2017 have some incompatibilities with the Intel Fortran integration, in particular the FEE (Fortran expression evaluator). See the many posts by users in https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-visual-fortran-compiler-for-windows/topic/784330 .
