Does Intel provide a test platform for their Fortran Compiler?

I want to start unit testing, but can't find a testing platform from Intel for the IFORT Fortran Compiler.

Intel does not offer a tool designed for software tests.  If that's not what you're asking, please elaborate. You can use the Intel compiler with any testing framework you choose.

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, but the Compiler Explorer will let you run code on multiple versions of Intel ifort and ifx (as well as other compilers):
