I have the newest version of the Parallel Studio XE and would like to know where one goes to ask questions of the Intel staff who directly support this product. Is the forum all that is for asking for help?
The Intel website has become a nightmare for navigation if one only wants to interact with staff on with this one product. If anyone can set me straight, I'd be much appreciative. Thank you.
Support still exists, but the "Premier Support" name went away a few years ago. At the top of this forum's main page is a link for Tech Support, or you can go to https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US
