I received a message from INTEl saying that my educator Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran macOS* license period is finishing. I tried to apply to continue using the Intel@ Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran macOS, without success. The page accused an error and did not allow me to apply.
Is there any other way to do that?

I recommend upgrading to the new oneAPI compiler, which is free to everyone. It is part of the oneAPI HPC Toolkit. If you also want the Intel Math Kernel Library, then you'll also need the oneAPI Base Toolkit. Intel is no longer renewing educator licenses as it is unnecessary.
