Error install Fortran Compiler for Windows 2017

Hi,

While installing intel parrallel studio XE composer edition for Fortran Windows, I get this error :

Installation process failed : vs_isoshell.exe

Return error code : 1603

What must I do ?

It would be helpful if you can provide Information regarding the full name of the installer, your OS version and details of how far the installation proceeded before the error occurred. A log of the installation, if you can find the file, is probably on your machine and it would be useful if you can locate it and attach a Zip containing the file.

The full name is  : Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Windows

The full name of the installer is : parallel_studio_xe_2017_update4_composer_edition_for_fortran_setup.exe

My O.S. is : Windows 7 enterprise Service Pack 1

I had, first to install Windows sdk v2013. Then I launched the installer and it stops at package 32/73.

I will try to find the log file.
