I get the above error when trying to update windows online. Whats that all about?

I'm not a technical guy but after a bit of searchingI found it may have something to do with the resource.h file. Having looked into it a bit further I found a corresponding description (?) of the problem:

00065#define IDS_EE_FILE_CORRUPT 0x80070570

Definition at line 65 of file dlls/mscorrc/resource.h.

Can anyone please help?
