My FlexLM guy is away on vacation, I have a question about the intel FlexLM. Can the floating licenses be added to my AutoCad FlexLM server? If I cannot can both live on the same server?

Yes - the instructions for doing this are in the Intel License Server documentation. Basically you add the Intel license daemon to your existing FlexLM server directory and configure it using lmgrd. You must use a version of lmgrd at least as new as any of the license daemons.

Yeah I don't think it should be any big problem to get this to work together.

Additionally you can track the software to ensure that it works like you expect with something like License Statistics for flexlm. This has been working out pretty well for us.

See www.x-formation.com
