HELP! HELP! Now is the second machine I am having the same error with (look attached file). I have google'd and google'd but nothing comes up. In the company we are running Vista SP1 with VS2008 Shell. We have all updates needed to install, but when it comes to the 6th part in the fortran installation it comes up with this dialogbox.
Anyone have seen that before and knows what to do.

That message is, unfortunately, not very informative. Was there by any chance a different message that came up before this?
I would suggest downloading again and installing from the new copy. Make sure there is sufficient free disk space.

There was not any other message before this and if you click OK it is doing a roll back installation. I have downloaded fortran many times now, but it is the same every time. There is 50Gb disk space.

At the end of the failed install it should offer to show you the installation log. Please attach that log to a reply here.

Thanks - I'll pass this on to the install team for their comments. In the future, you can (and should) ZIP large files.
Please try 11.1.054 and see if that works. If not, try this - select a Custom install and install only the IA-32 compiler. I'm guessing that VS Shell stayed installed. If that works, then run the installer again, and add the Visual Studio integration component. Let me know how it goes.
