We are upgrading to Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2010. Will version 9.1 of the Fortran compiler
run and integrate with Visual Studio 2010 under Windows 7?

No, it will not. You need Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2011 (compiler version 12.0 or 12.1) for that combination.
