Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2013 SP1 Update 1 is now available from the Intel Registration Center. You may get an email soon from Intel about this. If you haven't installed Composer XE 2013 SP1 (compiler version 14.0), Intel Software Manager may not alert you to the new version, but once you install that, it should start doing so for future updates.
One important feature of this update that isn't in the release notes is that Visual Studio 2013 is now supported (in addition to 2008, 2010 and 2012.) Note that in the next major release (late 2014), we will be dropping support for VS2008 (and Windows XP.) If you install VS2013 after installing Fortran, just do a "Change" on Fortran, step through the options, and you'll find VS2013 available as a choice in the integration screen.
