Yes, you can do this. However, you will need to have the license file available. Log in to the Intel Registration Center and register the serial number. A license file will be emailed to you. Make that available on the other computer (on the CD, flash drive, whatever). When the install runs, select the option to "browse for a license file" and locate the saved license file (text file with .lic file type.)
