One of my users has installed a well established Fortran Windows API program on a new XP machine and finds that all menus on the opening screen are ghostly see-through displays that don't respond to anything. Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this?
your question is very cryptic. Can you be some more specific on the problem that you observe? OS, compiler version, what actually appears as a ghost, etc.
