IVF 10.1.038 integration problem with VC2005 on Vista

On my Vista computer I installed VC 2005 and patched with SP1 and SP1 for vista. Then I installed IVF 10.1.038 pro.
When I open any Fortran project, the Project Properties window shows blank for all the options except Command Line option. Is this a known issue or something wrong with my installation steps?

That's a symptom unfamiliar to me, but try running the program in the attached ZIP and see if that helps.

This problem got resolved by running Visual Studio 2005 as Administrator.
