Install Compaq Visual Fortran under vista 64bit

I tried to install the Compaq Visual Fortran under Vista 64bit, it can't start the installation, keep saying "the operation system doesn't supported". I have Intel Fortran but I need it to run some old codes. Anyway to make this work?

Run the setup.exe in the "x86" subfolder of the install CD. You will also need to start Visual Studio "as Administrator".
