Install XE 2015 Fortran Compiler

I tried to update XE 2015.0.108 on my Windows 11 PC with XE 2015.4.221, and the installation went away (twice!) following the welcome screen for the installer and entering the "Continue" button. I suspect it has to do with my license file. I stopped paying for support with Intel and cannot find my history of products with them - and I had a long history. How can I installed XE 2015.4.221 on my PC?

Well that needs Windows 7 or 8 and Visual Studio 2013 to work. Use the latest free version. Read the sticky thread at the top of this forum.
