Intel Parallel Studio XE student license

Hi

I had a student license for the Parallel Studio XE and it has expired. I'm in the middle of my masters and I really need to work with Fortran Compiler. I even tried to register for a new licese but I have never received the email with a new license. What am I doing wrong? What should I do?
