Intel Premier Support service down?

I have an open issue with Premier Support but cannot log into my account. It is giving me "Runtime Error" at Login. Anyone else experiencing this? When will the Support be back online?

Yes, we know about this and it is being worked on. I don't know when it will be fixed but it should be soon.
