I don't find any record of a license under your name or your email address. Did you have a license for the product earlier (or one now?)

You have to buy a license for the current product and get the license file by registering it. Then you can log in to the Intel Registration Center and select the older version. When you install, tell it you have a license file and point it at the one you were sent. see https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/older-version-installation/
