We can't create any IVF project on VS2005 (Prof. Ed.) on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (Version5.2.3790 Service Pack 2 Build 3790). The application wizard stops with an error.

Steps:
1. new project
2. "Intel Fortran Projects" selected
3. "Console Application" selected
4. "OK" clicked (Name: Console1 location: C: emp solution: Console1)
5. dialog "Internet Explorer Script error" comes up; error in line 295, character 2, error: object expected, code 0,
URL: file://C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio 8Intel FortranVFWizardsVFConWizHTML1033default.htm
6. Question "Shall this page be executed?", "Yes" clicked
7. Dialog "Welcome to the Fortran Console Applicatin Wizard" comes up, but several dialog elements missing.
8. "Finish" clicked
9. dialog "Internet Explorer Script error" pops up; error in line 351, character 2, error: object expected, code 0,
URL: file://C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio 8Intel FortranVFWizardsVFConWizHTML1033default.htm

We already created an issue in the support forum but Intel support couldn't help us.

Some system information:
hp workstation xw8200, EM64T Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 1 GenuineIntel ~3600 Mhz; free harddisk space: 82,09 GB;
System Memory: 6.143,29 MB; total virtual memory: 7,60 GB
Internet Explorer Version6.0.3790.3959, Build63790.3959

We are using IVF 9.1.034. The compiler can be started from the DOS prompt.

Anybody out there having the same or similar experience?

I have seen this before, but don't know what causes it. What's your issue number with Intel Premier Support? I may have some suggestions I can offer.

Ok, I see that my colleague Patrick Kennedy has made the same suggestion I would have. This worked for another customer.
