Is IVF 19.0.1.144 compatible with Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Update 15.9.3?

Microsoft Visual Studio is requesting an update to version 15.9.3 from the current 15.8.4. In light of the integration issues that came up with IVF19.0, I was wondering whether the latest compiler update that I installed has been tested with the MSVSC update. Any help will be appreciated. If it does not work, I will have to figure out a way of suppressing automatic updates to MSVSC.
