Recently installed the latest Intel Fortran compiler and input my license key and got everything installed. While trying to execute the compiler I'm getting a license error
$ /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.3.199/linux/bin/intel64/ifort
Error: A license for Comp-FL is not available now (-15,570,115).
A connection to the license server could not be made. You should
make sure that your license daemon process is running: both an
lmgrd process and an INTEL process should be running
if your license limits you to a specified number of licenses in use
at a time. Also, check to see if the wrong port@host or the wrong
license file is being used, or if the port or hostname in the license
file has changed.
License file(s) used were (in this order):
** 1. /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.3.199/linux/bin/intel64/../../Licenses
** 2. /home/<user>/Licenses
** 3. /home/<user>/intel/licenses
** 4. /opt/intel/licenses/COM_L__CPPFOR_XXXX-XXXXXXXX.lic
** 5. /opt/intel/licenses/USE_SERVER.lic
** 6. /opt/intel/licenses/USE_SERVER_1.lic
** 7. /opt/intel/licenses/USE_SERVER_XXXX-XXXXXXXX.lic
** 8. /opt/intel/licenses/l_XXXXXXXX.lic
** 9. /opt/intel/licenses/l_XXXXXXXX.lic
** 10. /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Intel/Licenses
** 11. /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.3.199/linux/bin/intel64/*.lic

ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license
The license server is up and running and is installed on the same machine as the Fortran Compiler. While checking the paths of the license key I can locate the files with no issue. Why is there an issue with the license?

Ross, you posted your serial number/string in a public-view forum. Please edit your post to replace the serial string by something else, such as XXXX-yyyyyyyy.

I would love to open a support request ticket, but the site you linked me to loops me to the forum as the only support option.
