Hello, my research director received a license at Feb 2018,
but for some reason, for several months we get the following error.
Error: Product support for your (Comp-FL) license has expired.
License file(s) used were (in this order):
ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license
All license questions need to be asked using the Intel Online Service Center. All I can observe is that purchased licenses never expire, and free student licenses are good for a year. I'm guessing that your director got a 30-day evaluation license, but the Intel support folks at the Service Center will be able to tell you what happened.
