License renewal error

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this thread is repeated, but I did not find a similar problem yet.
I downloaded a 1-month license to use the11.0/059 version of an evaluation fortran compiler for Mac OSX.

Although I went through the same steps before without any problem (download the license file and put it in a proper PATH searchable by ifort), this time, when I try to compile my code, I obtain the following error:

Error: A license for FCompM could not be obtained.

Your license has expired.

License file(s) used were (in this order):
1. Trusted Storage
2. /opt/intel/Compiler/11.0/059/licenses
3. /opt/intel/licenses/EVAL_xxxxxx.lic
4. /Users/mymac/intel/licenses
5. /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Intel/Licenses/EVAL_xxxxxxxx.lic
6. /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Intel/Licenses/license_xxxxxxxxxx.lic
7. /opt/intel/Compiler/11.0/059/bin/intel64/EVAL_xxxxxxxxx.lic

Please visit http://www.intel.com/software/products to obtain license renewal information.

I hope anyone is able to help with the issue.

Best,
S.

First, please do not post any additional serial numbers into the forum.

The various eval subscriptions evident from the error received have all expired as per their 30-day term, hence, the compiler is unable to find a valid license among those it found.

Your post is not clear about what the issue/concern is, so could you elaborate about what the issue/concern is?

If the issue involves a new evaluation serial number, please do not post that here, just let us know and we'll perhaps redirect this to our Start-up Support team if we can't help you here.

Hi, thanks fro replying. Sorry about posting the serial numbers, but those are expired so that I didn't think it could do any harm.
However, the issue is due to the fact that I obtained that same error although I indeed put a new license file in the searching path.

Who should I write to about this issue?
