[Localization Bug] Download button missing on Chinese Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit tool selector

I encountered a localization issue on your HPC download pages.  the Chinese version  is missing tghe download button that appears on the English version 

I've preserved both pages for reference in the attachement.
