Missing dependencies

When I try to install the Fortran Compiler I get this error message. I am in Red Hat's latest LINUX version. I get the same error in other installations. Where can I find these dependencies?

read through this: http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/using-intelr-compilers-for-linux-under-fedora/

it's written for Fedora but RH should be identical.
