Could someone direct me on how todownload a 64-bit compiler? A few years ago I downloaded a 32-bit compiler without a problem.

I'm confused and lost in web space.

Just download the full package - it contains the 32 and 64 bit compilers. Read the installation guide. Note that we do not offer non-commercial licenses for the compiler on Windows, just Linux.
